When you enter the front door, you arrive in a nice living room with cosy fireplace
and flatscreen tv and Sonos soundsystem so that you can sit, relax, watch television, read
one of our books or magazines, explore our travelguides and enjoy our games for kids
and off course use the wifi!
On the ground floor there’s also a cheerful dining area with yellow table and 6 chairs (spare chairs
and baby-chairs available in laundry), next to a funny shaped sandcoloured kitchen with all the
equipment you need to make breakfast, lunch, dinners and cakes….There’s also cookingpit,
oven, large fridge, and freezer, microwave, a Lavazza-coffeemachine and a waterboiler
and dishwasher to explore your Italian cooking qualtities!
…a book full of typical Italian recipies is waiting for you there!
Then we have the smallest room, the restroom and the laundry with washing machine & dryer.
When you open the back door of the laundry, you’re only 10 steps away from the marvelous lake….
That’s why we put here also a folding table and light aluminium chairs, sunbeds and beachtowels to
take to the lake-terraces there (please put them again inside when you leave and during night)..
Taking the stairs in typical Moltrasian stone from the area, you arrive on the first floor. Her it’s time for
sleeping in one of our 3 bedrooms with double beds, off which 2 double boxsprings, all dressed up
with luxury Italian Somma-bedlinen in Percall-coton. The biggest bedroom has also a balcony
and view on the lake and the mountains. In this room you can also see Roman remains of the house…
2 old plates plastered in the wall. On request we also can install a babycot for the smallest miracles!
There’s also a dressing and 2 bathrooms. One bathroom has
a toilet, bidet, bath and sink…the other one has a shower, a sink and a hairdryer. Both are forseen
of nice French badlinen. In the hall you take also the stairs to the rooftop terrace
with mini-kitchen to eat on the round black table and chairs for 6. Here you can also relax
on the 2 sandcoloured big loungebeds & enjoy the splendid 180° panorama view over the lake!
