Cost

We rent out from Saturday 5pm to Saturday 10am at the following rates:

2024
-Oct to may:                   1705€/week
-June and september:  2090€/week
-July and august:          2450€/week

During autumn and spring schoolholidays high season week prices will be applied - similar for Christmas and Easter schoolholidays.

30% payable at booking. Saldo + caution of 300€ have to be paid 1 month before arrival.
The entire  caution will be paid back the week after your departure, unless there’s damage.

End-cleaning, bed- and bathlinnen and towels for the lake (changed once a week) included in the price. 

Cancellation policy: in case of cancellation for any reason, the guest will be required to pay the following penalties:
30% of the cost of stay for cancellation made until 60 days before date of arrival
50% of the cost of stay for cancellation made 59 to 10 days before date of arrival 
100% of the cost of stay for cancellation made 9 days or less before date of arrival
 

Smoking and animals, even tough they are sweet, are not allowed.
